Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Processing Time
Triftam typically processes orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and express shipping (2-3 business days) within the EU. International shipping is available to select countries.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for orders over €50 within the EU. Express shipping and international shipping costs vary based on location and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey through our shipping partners.
5. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact support@triftam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
8. Return Restrictions
Certain items, such as personalized products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
